Are There Time Limits to File My Florida Cruise Ship Accident Lawsuit?
Transcript:
There are time limits for filing your cruise ship accident lawsuit. The time limits are different than filing a land-based action. Typically, most cruise lines have a provision in the passenger ticket. They give you one year from the date of the incident to file your lawsuit, and they also require, typically six months from the date of the incident, that you give them written notice that you have a claim or intend to sue.

Our case went all the way to trial and we truly believe we would not have won our case if not for David's tireless defense strategies and flawless execution. Sophie L.
