Are There Limits on Damages in Florida Boating Accident Cases?

It depends on whether or not it is a case in which there was somebody who died, or whether or not they were just severely injured. They're severely injured, the only limits would be on basically what the evidence shows. In a wrongful death case, there are certain limits based on the wrongful bet statute.
