Do I Need an Attorney to Represent Me If I Am Hurt on a Cruise Ship or Can I Try to Settle the Case on My Own?
Transcript:
You don't need an attorney to try and settle the case on your own. But the likelihood of you being able to do it is slim to none. Without an attorney, and particularly an attorney who practices in the area of maritime and cruise ship law, you're not really going to get a response from the cruise ship, that is going to be fair to you, and is going to give you a fair resolution to your case. Technically, you have the right to do it. Do I recommend doing it? I do not.
