It's a very good idea to get an incident report and make a record of the injury. If you don’t make an incident report, then later on when you try and pursue your claim, the theme park will likely say you never reported it. If your child or you are injured at a theme park, you definitely want to make a report to the theme park of the injury and the accident as soon as possible.
