How Can I Sue Someone for Libel?

If somebody has libeled you or defamed you, you can consult a lawyer. Find out whether you have a basis for suing them. Not every statement that is offensive is defamatory. Not every statement that is offensive is illegal. The best advise is to consult a lawyer who handles defamation claims and find out what your legal rights are.
