How Soon Do I Need to Bring a Case After a Florida Bicycle Accident?

In Florida, there is a four-year statute of limitations, or time, in which you have to file your lawsuit if you've been injured on a bike accident. It doesn't mean that you should wait that time. You should, as soon as you have been injured, contact an attorney, and the attorney can tell you what to do as far as prosecuting your case.
