It's going to be difficult. It would depend on what the content of that particular post is. If there is a false statement of fact, then you may have a defamation claim. For instance, if somebody says that there were mice running around your restaurant and there weren't mice, that's something you can prove or disprove and you might be able to sue. But typically, if it's just, "I didn't like the service" or it's an opinion, you're probably going to have a very difficult time.
