Should I Try to Settle My Cruise Injury Claim with the Cruise Line before Bringing in a Cruise Law Attorney?

I typically recommend against doing that, because in 99% of the cases, you are not going to get the value of what your case is really worth. The cruise line knows that if they're negotiating with you, and there's not an attorney involved, they can low-ball your settlement. My recommendation is, always get legal advise, find out what the value of your claim is, and get an attorney who handles that area of law, because they're experienced in negotiating these kinds of claims.
