What Are My Legal Rights If I Have Been Injured in a Tender Boat Accident?

If you're injured in a tender boat accident and the tender boat is owned or operated by the cruise ship, you have a right to recover for your injuries against the cruise ship if they caused or contributed to them. If the tender is operated or owned by an independent party, you would have a right against that independent party and possibly also against the cruise ship.
