Serious injuries, you may want to get medical attention off the ship. The cruise line is responsible if they knew or should've known that there was something that caused you to trip or slip and they didn't take steps to remedy it, or they created it. You want to report it, and you want to consult a lawyer to find out whether you have a claim against the cruise ship.
