Will It Cost Me Any Money to Bring a Florida Bicycle Accident Case?

It cost you no money to bring a bicycle accident case in Florida. Accident cases in Florida are handled on what's called a contingency fee basis. Which means that you don't pay anything unless a lawyer recovers money for you and then the lawyer gets paid a percentage of your recovery. That percentage is spelled out in your agreement with your lawyer and it's regulated by the Florida Bar.
